V vrtcu smo za otroke in odrasle pripravili slavnostno kosilo, s katerim smo ustvarili posebno vzdušje in se skupaj začeli veseliti prihajajočih praznikov. Takšni trenutki so dragocena priložnost, da otrokom na prijeten in doživljajski način približamo pomen bližajočih se praznikov. (več …)
Doživeli smo december v pravem pomenu besede. Bilo nam je lepo, pestro in veselo. Sprehodili smo se po praznično okrašeni Metliki. Skupaj z Ribicami in Sončki smo preko projekcije poslušali zgodbo Božične potičke za vse. Obiskala nas je vesela druščina in nam prinesla polno vrečo daril. Še isti dan smo se poigrali z novimi igračami. V telovadnici vrtca smo imeli kino. Ob kokicah smo si ogledali božično risanko. V sodelovanju s Centrom za krepitev zdravja imamo v vrtcu delavnice z zdravstveno tematiko. Tako je v petek k Žabicam prišla sestra Mirna in nam predstavila poklic medicinske sestre. Pravijo, da slika pove več kot tisoč besed... Tako je sestra Mirna kar povabila "paciente" z različnimi težavami v svojo ordinacijo in pokazala otrokom, kaj medicinska sestra dela.

Iz Centra za krepitev zdravja Metlika nas je obiskala ga. Daša in nam popestrila našo vadbeno uro. Ob njenem prvem obisku nam je pokazala vaje in igre s kolebnico. Otrokom je bilo zanimivo in prav radi so sodelovali. Ko pa nas je obiskala drugič, nam je pripravila vadbeno uro z obroči.

Hvala vsem, ki ste pomagali pri zbiranju papirja. S skupnimi močmi smo ga odnesli v zabojnik. Le pri slikanju se nekam kislo držimo :).
Ga. Mirna je otrokom na zanimiv način predstavila delavnico Kaj dela medicinska sestra in kaj dela zdravnik. Otrokom je bila delavnica všeč in vsi so želeli sodelovati. Seveda pa smo se zato naslednje dni igrali ustvarjalno igro Zdravnik. Še se bomo igrali, saj se otroci zelo vživijo v različne vloge.
V tednu Tradicionalnega slovenskega zajtrka smo pripravljali zdrave korenčkovo - jabolčne kolačke. Zaradi dveh diet kolački niso vsebovali jajc in mleka. Jajca smo zamenjali s čia semeni, mleko pa z malo vode. Tudi sladkorja ni bilo, namesto tega smo dodali med. Nekaterim so bili zdravi kolački všeč, nekaterim pa ne preveč :).
Tokratna delavnica je potekala s kolebnicami. Otroci še niso tako spretni, da bi skakali čez kolebnico, a Daša jim je predstavila različne igre. Najbolj zanimiva je bila Lovimo miškin rep.
Še konec oktobra so otroci spoznali zgodbico Debela repa, kjer dedek posadi repo, pa je potem ne more izpuliti. Na pomoč priskočijo babica, vnučka, kužek, muca in seveda miška. Kaj se je zgodilo, prav gotovo že veste. Zgodbico smo tudi dramatizirali, kar pomeni, da so si otroci oblekli kostume, zraven pa naj bi pripovedovali svojo vlogo. No, zgledalo je tako, da smo pripovedovale vzgojiteljice :), otrokom pa je bilo v kostumih vseeno všeč. Dramatizacijo smo obnavljali večkrat. Nekateri so bili gledalci, nekateri pa igralci, nato pa so se otroci zamenjali.
V novembru so otroci spoznali pravljico Lov na medveda. To je zelo zanimiva pravljica, v kateri so otroci začeli hitro aktivno sodelovati, saj se del vsebine ponavlja. Pri obnavljanju so otroci govorno sodelovali. Ker pa je v letošnjem letu področje Jezik v povezavi z Gibanjem, so otroci pravljico doživeli tudi preko poligona z različnimi postajami. Včeraj, 27. 11. 2025, smo v našem vrtcu imeli popoldansko pravljično urico z zimsko ustvarjalno delavnico, ki je bila zelo dobro obiskana. Najprej smo prisluhnili pravljici “Kako sta Bibi in Gusti sipala srečo”. (več …)

Spoštovani starši! Obveščamo vas, da bo v tednu od 24. – 28.11.2025, potekala jesenska akcija zbiranja starega papirja. Papir prinašate v oddelke vaših otrok, kjer ga bodo prevzeli strokovni delavci. V petek, 28.11. ali v ponedeljek, 1.12.2025 bodo otroci zbran papir pospravili v naročen zabojnik, ki ga bodo odpeljali zbirni center Novo mesto. VABLJENI K UDELEŽBI PRI AKCIJI.

V petek, 21. novembra 2025, smo v našem vrtcu že 15. leto obeležili Tradicionalni slovenski zajtrk, ki je postal pomemben del našega letnega dogajanja. Namen projekta je otroke na prijazen način seznaniti s pomenom zdravega prehranjevanja in lokalno pridelane hrane. Otroci so pri zajtrku uživali ob tradicionalnih slovenskih živilih: domačem kruhu, maslu, sladkem medu, svežem mleku in sočnem jabolku. (več …)

Jesen je čas, ko nas narava obdari s svojimi pridelki - kako pa sta dedek in babica pridelala repo velikanko in kaj sta z njo naredila, smo prebrali v slikanici Debela repa. Kar otroke vprašajte, kdo je pomagal babici in dedku... Radi smo se igrali in se preizkušali v različnih vlogah. Tudi v iskanju parov smo se pomerili.
